Earthing Mats for our Groom Room: what are the benefits?

We're always looking for ways to improve our offering and help your pets in any way we can. Whilst perusing the worldwide web, I came across a phenomenon, earthing/grounding mats.

Organic cotton with silver stitching, these mats plug into the mains power, connecting to the earth connection in the socket. This sends earth frequency straight into the mat and gives our pets the healing powers of Earth.

Renowned for it's calming, healing and pain relief properties, these products are used around the world for sleep help, muscular pain relief and have been known to relieve arthritis pain. The last point is the one that peaked my interest! We have many dogs that suffer from joint stiffness and I was intrigued to see if standing on an earthing mat during a grooming treatment could potentially help to relieve some of this pain.

Dogs and cats have been known to be drawn to earthing mats due to their strong connections with the Earth, this can be especially beneficial to indoor cats who don't get to go outside and harness the earthing properties themselves.
